Our client, a Leading Catering Group is now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position:
Purchasing Manager - Urgent (35K)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize & manage all activities related to the purchasing, warehouse and logistics functions
- Develop and manage supplier relationships
- Design & develop purchasing and logistics on food and non-food items
- Responsible for vendor sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, negotiation and goods & services delivery
- Ensure smooth supply of products / equipment
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- At least 5 years’ sourcing & purchasing management experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality/Retail industry
- Strong in negotiation skills and strategic thinking
- Strong leadership skills with positive and proactive mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
