- System technical support
- Networking monitoring & trouble-shooting
- Handle customer inquiry & complaint
Requirements:- Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Oracle, MS SQL SERVER & Windows Platform
- Interested in Telecom field
- Willing to learn and good sense of responsibilities
- Able to work independently
- Work on shift (09:00 - 23:00) is required
- Candidates with inadequate experience will also be accepted as Trainee. On-job training will be provided.
