Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the corporate systems in a racked Windows/Intel environment and Cisco networking device, Polycom Video Conferencing and Virtualization servers in VMware and Windows.
• Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Keep track of the Automatic Monitoring System, Service Desk and System Health Check.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent discipline, MCSA and CCNA holder or above is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft products such as Window 7/8, Server 2008/2012, MS Exchange, MS SQL 2008, Active Directory, Group Policy and Cloud Computing
• Symantec Enterprise for threat management and backup and recovery
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Self-motivated, good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
