Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

l   Provide clerical and administration support to special projects team

l   Project co-ordination on new initiatives

l   Maintain centralized filing system and archive

l   Support work improvement processes to enhance efficiency in administration functions

l   Support development of materials for internal marketing and communications

l   Support Staff & Corporate Social Responsibilities activities

l   Maintain and update database

l   Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

l   F.7 or above

l   1-2 years of working experience, brand and communications experience preferred

l   Basic operation knowledge on design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat skills under MAC operation environment is preferred.

l   Proficiency in Microsoft PC applications like Word, Excel and Powerpoint

l   Independent, well-organized and hard working

l   Good communication & interpersonal skills
