    Job Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyze and interpret life, disability and health care data
    • Analyze claims, estimate plan costs and develop reports using in-house tools
    • Assist with management of employer group benefit plans including: analysis of financial reports and rate setting, negotiating with insurers; review and revision of policy and benefit wording and calculation of cost implications of plan redesign or union negotiating demands
    • Develop awareness of life, disability and health care plan design and conduct the renewal and marketing process
    • Understand employer HR issues as they relate to benefits

     

    Job Requirements

    • BA/BS degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline
    • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in flex benefits or broker services
    • Strong analytical and mathematical skills;
    • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good command of both English and Chinese (written & oral)
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
    • A team player and also with the ability to work independently
