Responsibilities

Ensure that accurate job description are in place

Provide advice and assistance with writing job description

Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations

Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles

Provide advice and assistance in development human resource plans

Monitor staff performance and attendance activities

Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff

Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, focusing on Human Resource Management are preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resource with China experience

Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Travel to Shenzhen office and factory

Immediate available will be higher preferred
