Job Responsibility & Requirements

• Diploma or above in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in plastic & metal material and production process, preferably with Kitchenware products;
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory operation including Production, PMC, Engineering to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
• At least 10 years experience on OVERALL factory operations and management; Result-driven, detail-oriented, superior leadership, self-motivated, hard-working and excellent presentation skills
• Hands on experience in facing with large number of old staffs (around 500) who are going to renew contract.
• We have just changed from 來料加工廠 to 獨資企業
• Good command in both English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Station in Shenzhen on working days
• Diploma or above in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
