GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for monitoring and improving accuracy on quality assurance information, and monitoring service providers on all quality assurance activities.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Coordinate with US counterpart for QA related activities.
• Follow-up and monitor the progress with service provider on factory audit, lab test and inspection.
• Coordination with Merchandising teams on the progress of production and the status of QA activities.
• Assist in developing QA related documentation (SOP, Protocol, Vendor Manual etc.).
• Provide technical support to merchandising teams from product development to sample approval.
• Educate vendors to adhere to company business practices and requirements.
• Generate management reports for analysis.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS: 

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficient in general PC applications.
• Knowledge in US CPSC requirement for consumer product.

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:   

• Tertiary Education in Textile & Clothing and Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years working experience in quality assurance field. Previously working experience in buying office or testing and inspection companies would be an advantage.
