Responsibilities:

• Provide Marketing & Sales support to Business Development team to grow the company.
• Stimulate sales and create brand awareness by launching various marketing campaigns
• Assist in generating new business and recruit new members
• Conduct market research and continue to gather market information.
• Assist in preparing business plan to fit the goals and objectives.
• Assist to develop a beneficial CRM program
• Provide necessary support and training to new customers
• Network with business partners; establish a support group.
• Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry and seek further development of present business.
• Adopt a team approach; work with others in pursuing common goals.
• Develop analysis to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.

Requirements:

• University degree with minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in the airline / hospitality / prestige membership industry;
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, both verbal and written;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Aggressive, self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Outgoing personality, presentable, sociable, hard working, a team player with a responsible attitude;
• Sound PC knowledge.
