Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing strategy for both retail services & product shops to achieve business goals
• Develop & implement marketing campaign like on-line marketing, roadshow, seminars etc. to acquire new customers
• Develop marketing communication collaterals in aligning to brand discipline
• Manage external agencies to execute marketing program
• Review post program performance on leads generation and customers acquisition
• A & P budgeting & control

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing and Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in beauty, cosmetics FMCG or other retail environment of which at least 2 years at managerial grade
• Experience in retail beauty product or derma cosmetic services industry is a definitely advantage
• A good relation with the media, PR or advertising agency is an advantage
• A leader who is creative, proactive and details-oriented with sound planning skill
• Result-oriented, resourceful, highly self-motivated and strong multi-tasking skill
• Strong experience in people management and good communication skill
• Proficient in spoken and written in English and Chinese
