Major Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the process of Procure-To-Pay of commodities spend and capital expenditure from opportunity assessment, data gathering, market analysis, sourcing, negotiation, vendor selection, creation of purchase orders, reporting, performance management to achieve the best value for money.
2. Assist to drive saving initiatives to accomplish corporate Global saving targets.
3. Supporting Procurement Manager to enforce the Procurement Policy and Process for HK Affiliate.

Accountabilities:

1. Assisting in developing category sourcing strategies by collaborating with Affiliate Brands and Department representatives, and Regional Indirect Procurement Department.
2. Participate in strategic sourcing process, (e.g. RFI/RFQ/RFP), bid evaluation, supplier selection by using the category management methods.
3. Maintain contract repository of locally signed legal agreements.
4. Assist to drive supplier collaboration and innovation, maintain close relationship with key strategic suppliers.
5. Attain year-on-year savings targets of different PMT initiatives, ensure local adherence to PMT saving methodology.
6. As Procure-To-Pay Power User to support internal stakeholders on permanent basis, ensure the process enhancement in daily operation.
7. Functional Business Position (FBP) of Central Buyer, Procurement Analyst, and Material Planner, to address both SAP Indirect Purchase Order Requirements.
8. Participating in the execution of Procurement Policy, ensure the Policy is best adapting to local requirements in terms of business, cultural, legal, regulatory and economical from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management/Procurement or related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably gained from FMCG/Retail or cosmetic industry.
3. Ability to coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure professional procurement activities.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Self- motivated and well- organized.
6. Knowledge of SAP is highly preferable
7. Proven fluency in written English & Chinese.
