Responsibilities:

• Monitor the building security system, fire fighting equipment and operation of other facilities.
• Supervise the daily functions of all operations staff.
• Interface with all relevant parties including external contractors to ensure works are executed in order and with qualified services.
• Handle emergency incidents related to the building, such as typhoon, flooding, and electrical failure, lift breakdown, etc. and prepare the incident report for insurance claims.
• Maintain a good relationship with all tenants.
• Ensure a smooth flow of communication and coordination with all parties.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Property Management.
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in property management of which 5 years should be at supervisory level in commercial buildings.
• Well-versed in DMC, BMO, related legal and insurance matters.
• Mature and able to work independently.
• Good team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate available is preferred.
