Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the P/L and performance of the retail operations in HK.
• Identifying business opportunities, and seeking ways to develop and expand the business
• Formulating strategies and providing leadership in leading the business forward, enhancing/marketing the branding and outlet image, enhancing the service quality (including customer loyalty program), managing the logistics and inventory, strengthening the teams, and developing the people.
• Supporting and monitoring the outlets in achieving their business objectives, including financial, operations, customer service, marketing and promotion, and buying objectives.
• Monitoring and analyzing the fashion trend in China, customers’ feedback, outlets performance, and competitors’ activities.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• University Degree Holder
• Over 15 years experience in Ladies’ fashion retails industry or garment merchandising field; preferably prior working experience in both retail and merchandising field
• Proficiency in MS office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong management and decision making skills
• Sales communication & customer satisfaction measurement
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
