Responsibilities:

• Implement policies and procedures of operations, inventory control and ordering to ensure all shops running smoothly for effective service to customers
• Investigate and evaluate competitors' sales and marketing activities to provide market intelligence
• Support and provide coaching and training to ensure front-line staffs are properly trained and coached to perform their daily operations
• Review and monitor the sales and product performance on daily basis, identify the gap and provide solutions to superior in order to achieve company target
• Work closely with internal departments and contributes to the effective implementation of sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans at shop level
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Immediate available is an advantage
