Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits

• Lead and motivate the shop team members to achieve sales target and maintain in a high standard of environment and customer satisfaction

• Evaluate the manpower planning and ensure on-site shop operations and services at a high standard as per the Company’s requirements 

• Implementation of business promotion initiatives and marketing programs to enhance brand awareness

• Participating in ad-hoc assignments as required

   

Requirements

• Diploma or above in business or related subject

• Minimum 3 years solid working experience, in sports industry included shoes, apparel and accessories is preferred
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Positive-thinking, self-motivated and energetic
• Good team player and customer oriented
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word and Excel)
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is an advantage.
