Responsibilities

• Manage retail website and online sales channels/platforms;
• Research Markets for products, competitors, pricings, and advertising platforms ;
• Review product pricing regularly and identify new potential products in order to enhance the product line;
• Run multiple digital advertising channels, campaigns, objectives and priorities to achieve online business target. Social networks marketing channels, such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and etc;
• Good experience in deal with external advertising networks/platforms providers to negotiate collaborations;
• Manage and control inventory and logistics management;
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer service;
• Support and handle ad hoc projects as assigned;
• Maintain product details, cost prices and pricing records.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Marketing / Business Studies or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in e-commerce and online sales (Preferred having a thorough understanding of the fashion industry, as well as market environment);
• Good PC knowledge, including Photoshop;
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
• Analytical mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, well organized, detail minded, self-motivated and hard working;
• Immediately available preferred.
