Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operation of the accounts department, including data input
• Handle Accounts Receivable transactions
  
• Process expenses claims and reimbursements
• Perpare bank reconciliation
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned
  
• Provide general clerical support to the department and manage ad hoc assignment and projects

Requirements:

• VTC graduate or related diploma or above in accountancy
• 3 years accounting work experience including handle audits
• With strong sence of responsibiliy and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
• Independent, well  organized, detail- oriented and good interpersonal skills
  
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Execl and Chinese word processing
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Immediately availableis highly preferred
