About the role
A leading international law firm is seeking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role will have a focus on recruitment management and will have the following responsibilities;

- Recruitment management: producing JD’s, advertising, screening applicants, conducting interviews,
- Relationship management: working closely with Partners/Department heads to advise on resourcing, succession planning, performance management and compensation reviews, creating strong working relationships with recruiters.
- Employee relations: disciplinary and grievance, workforce planning, attendance management, on boarding, retention and exit process
About the person
- Should be educated to degree level, either in HR or other relevant subject;
- Have at least 5 years’ experience within a HR role, gained in a law firm environment or other professional services firm
- Be fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be beneficial.
