    Job Description

    • Handle customer service hotline calls for work request
    • Liaise with internal team members and external contractors for work request implementation
    • Handle general office administration work and project documentation


    Requirements

    • Form 5 standard or above
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in clerical works
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel & Powerpoint)
    • Responsible, well organized and detail minded
    • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
    • Able to handle multi-tasks and under pressure
    • Fresh graduate will be considered
