Job Description
- Handle customer service hotline calls for work request
- Liaise with internal team members and external contractors for work request implementation
- Handle general office administration work and project documentation
Requirements
- Form 5 standard or above
- Minimum of 2 years experience in clerical works
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel & Powerpoint)
- Responsible, well organized and detail minded
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Able to handle multi-tasks and under pressure
- Fresh graduate will be considered
