Job Description:

• Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and greeting visitors;
• Provide customer service in terms of cashiering function, data-entry and customer enquiries and complaints;
• Assist in administrative work of the company;
• 5-day work, required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays;
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 standard or above;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales/ Retail/ Customer Service industry;
• Responsible, eager to learn and willing to accept additional tasks;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese as well as Mandarin;
• Immediately available is preferred.
