• Form 5 or above
• 1 year or above support or order follow up experience and good problem solving skill. Fresh graduate may be considered.
• Good relationship building and customer servicing mindset
• Willing to work overtime and can work under pressure
• Working experience in Lighting Field is preferable
• Good communication skills (Fluent in English and Mandarin)
• Immediately available
