An interior design company is URGENTLY looking for energetic candidate to join our team.
Job Duties:
- To perform general office work;
- To coordinate with both internal and external parties;
- To provide sales support;
- Maintaining and keep accuracy of the inventory records
- To handle other ad hoc tasks and participate in other projects whenever necessary;
Requirements:
- F. 5 or above;
- Minimum 1-2 years' working experience;
- Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
- Effective interpersonal, presentation and coordination skills;
- Independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work under pressure;
- Immediate available is an advantage
