Requirements:

•2 years related experiences

•Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

•Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Excel, Word & Chinese Typing

•Be responsible, self-motivated and organized

•Monday to Saturday: 10:30 to 19:30, working 5 days a week, Day Shift duties required

•Stable working hour, work overtime is not required

Work location: Mongkok

Job Responsibilities:

•Handle customer enquiries & complaints by phone and email

•Maintain the accurate service records & follow up order progress

•Provide general clerical support if needed

•Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
