Responsibilities

• Undertake equity research on publicly traded HK/China stocks.
• Undertake due diligent through the review of public documents, annual reports, trade journals; networking with industry specialists; communicating with the listed companies, its clients and suppliers and etc.
• Establish and maintain financial models for sectors under coverage.
• Undertake professional and independent analytical work.
• Proactive to learn; with the desire to produce insightful research.
• Timely update on investment ideas for frontlines and clients.
• Present investment ideas to institutional client (US, China, HK/SNG).
• Work with team spirit in HK and the firm's team in the Greater China.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business and related disciplines.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in investment bank or from buy side.
• Qualified to be registered as licensed person under HKSFC
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is a must.
• CFA is preferred.

Candidates with abundant experience will considered for a more senior position.
