Job Duties

• Support International HR Director for one of our brands in daily operations including recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent development and employee relations
• Coordinate with top management in head office in France and all worldwide offices
• Monitoring staff movement and prepare management reports
• Assist in annual performance management, budgeting and year end compensation process
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing global HR processes
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by International HR Director

 
Job Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in human resources management
• At least 4-5 years’ relevant experience in luxury retail industry, gained in France
• Experienced in working with top management in a matrix organization
• Fluent in French, English and Mandarin
• Task-oriented, attentive to details, independent and self-driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and deliver consistently
