Responsibilities:

• Handle the project implementation, configuration of system products and cooperation with team member in project management and practices
• Identify and resolve problem on customers' problems and ensure an end-to-end service is maintained in an efficiency and effective way.
• Perform periodical recovery drill test and recovery procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the disaster recovery plan.
• Perform daily monitoring, helpdesk support and trouble shooting of the systems and networks problem.    

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science and or Network Engineer
• Holder of VCP is a must; MCSE/LCP is highly preferred.
• 2-3 years working experience in system and network administration
• Knowledge of Email Server, DNS, Web Server, FTP Server, Linux, Windows, Exchange Server, TCP/IP, DNS
• Knowledge of Voice, VoIP, IP Telephony and dealer board is preferred, but not a must
• Knowledge and experiences of *NIX, Shell scripting, LAMP services, VM environments(VMWare or others), web languages and DB admin are highly preferred
• Experienced in handling client support calls and provide on-site troubleshooting services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Based in Hong Kong, frequent travel to China is required
• Immediately available is preferred
