1. Deliver effective, high quality and professional phone support services to solve customer problems remotely and independently with high customer satisfaction.

2. Comfortably managing technical issues as well as customer business impact and be able to blend and appreciate these aspects in communication with customer.

3. Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.

4. Represent and participate on an HP team in a face to face customer visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.

5. Involve as project engineer in delivering project implementation for customers.

6. Partners actively with the Sales Pursuit team.

7. Develop up-to-date knowledge on product and service in a continuous manner.

8. Identify actions to improve or enhance team operation effectiveness and efficiency in a self-initiative manner.

9. Follow departmental processes and guidelines with no discrepancies.

    

   Job requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 3-5 years experience in supporting mid-range servers both on hardware and software.

3. Preferably with in-depth skill on UNIX and Linux operating system, VMware, SAN and Network.

4. Standby during non-office hour in roster.

5. Confident and professional telephone manner.

6. Good customer service mindset and customer handling skill.

7. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

8. Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure over time.

9. Good teamwork and interpersonal skill.

10. Be self initiative and proactive.

11. Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models.
