Responsibilities:

• Work with operation teams to provide helpdesk service for all corporate systems – Supplier Network Collaboration system (SNC) and Product Life Management (PLM) – to the internal users and vendors
• Responsible for system/ user acceptance testing and training guide/ video for Corporate/ in-house systems
• Responsible for in-house system development & maintenance and helpdesk/administration support for miscellaneous applications systems
• Work with IT infrastructure team to administrate the IT infrastructure, including firewall, routers, networks and servers (Windows/ Linux), in compliance with Corporate security guidelines and update

 Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years' experience in computer industry or system support
• Working experience in MNC Garment buying office preferably
• Knowledge and skills of conducting of system testing/ user acceptance test
• Experience in application development under ASP.NET 2013, MS SQL server, MS RDLC Report/ Crystal Report, COGNOS preferably
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Experience in SAP/SNC helpdesk support is an advantage
• Holder of MSCE/ MCTS : Microsoft Exchange Server, and CCNA preferably
