Job Responsibilities
- Support implementation of a new system including data migration;
- Identify and resolve data issues;
- Scripting and configuring of software to capture information;
- Support team on programming change control and system updates;
- Mapping and documenting procedures/specification for our legacy and systems;
- Understanding company software development lifecycle;
- Resolve issues, creation and execution of test plans including identifying test case scenarios, liaison with IT resources, and support project work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
- Fresh grad to three years of experience in programming and application customization or Database support;
- Substantial experience in programming, such as VB Scripting, Java Scripting, HTML, Microsoft SQL Server Database services;
- Experience of complex data and system integrations are preferred;
- Proficiency with various software applications programs including, Microsoft Access/Database, Power point and Excel;
- Strong organization skills and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve business process and data issues
- Good communication skills, both oral and written;
