Responsibilities:
- Familiar in handling full set of books and related duties independently including A/P, A/R & GL functions, bank/petty cash payment, stock-taking, fixed assets register, bank reconciliation, inter-company transactions and monthly management reports & analyses.
- Maintain accounting records & effective filing system.
- Proficient in assisting annual audit
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:- Higher Diploma holder or above in Accounting Studies or equivalent
- At least 3 years above relevant accounting experience, preferably in Health-Care Service Industry
- Good PC & account software knowledge
- Knowledge in QuickBook & Excel an advantage.
- Mature, responsible, initiative, self-motivated, hard-working and good communication skills
- Well-organized, energetic, detail-oriented and able to perform multi-tasks
