Our client:

Our client has a strong business portfolio in Hong Kong and New Zealand, a conglomerate with fast growing potential, listed and HQ in Hong Kong. they are looking to hire an experienced accounting candidate with good experience in prior, whom also has an all rounded financial reporting duties to join their team. 

 
Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all daily accounting operations, including full set of accounts, monthly closing, and group reporting for Hong Kong .
• Ensuring both internal and external compliance requirements are met.
• Liaising with auditors and preparing statutory accounts.
• Handling tax filings and tax compliance issues.
• Prepare annual and long term financial plans.
• Handle a full set of company secretarial matters, such as the preparation of annual and interim reports, compliance with the listing rules and Companies Ordinance, drafting announcements and circulars.

 Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with university degree
• Minimum 5 years gained from Hong Kong listed or professional firms.
• Prior experience in handling company secretarial matters in a listed company is highly advantageous
• Membership of HKICPA/ACCA preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Point and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
