Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

Regional Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation & Benefits review for the region
• Coordinate and ensure accuracy on recharging invoices within Asia region
• Compensation/Benefits survey coordination
• Prepare market data for benchmark analysis
• Operation support on annual salary review and bonus processes
• Operation support on international assignee compensation & benefits package
• Assist on budget and LE process and data analysis

Group HR Process

• Operations support on Global HRIS (MDM, HR Scorecard)
• Maintain the updated report on Global Job Banding (GGS)
• International Assignee Management
• Support in international assignee package calculation and comparison
• Support in tax reporting for expatriates

International Assignee Management

• Support in international assignee package calculation and comparison
• Support in tax reporting for expatriates

HR Reporting

• Coordinate and consolidate HR reports (Headcount Movement, Organization Chart, Payroll Cost Report, RMM/CODI & HK Based Business Units Organization Chart, etc)
• Regional data base management (HRIS project)
• Administrate and analysis data from the reports.

Requirements

• University graduate with Bachelor degree in HR or applicable discipline
• Good English and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical skills
• Familiar with employment laws and regulations is preferred
• Experience in MNC or regional HQ is preferred
• Fluent English and Mandarin
