The position is expected to plan, coordinate and oversee national China marketing, fund raising and donor management. S/he is expected to initiate and maintain corporate relationship, especially with Taiwanese corporations.

Responsibilities

Marketing Management

• Set up marketing plan and initiatives supporting World Vision China’s strategic direction
• Promote World Vision China’s corporate branding

External & Internal Liaison, Collaboration and Coordination

• Consult and collaborate World Vision International’s marketing efforts with marketing teams of other World Vision offices
• Actively engage and network with key stakeholders externally

Fundraising Management

• Planning and implementation of marketing strategies
• Identify and manage fundraising opportunities to raise corporate and individual sponsorships

Donor Management

• Planning and implementation of donor recruitment and retention strategies
• Set up donor information system to store, update and maintain donor information, produce reports and perform analysis and track sponsors

Staff Management

• Supervise, provide technical guidance and support to build up the capacity of local marketing team

Finance Management

• Manage fund-raising program budget and department budget
  

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or Fundraising related fields
• At least 5 years experience in Marketing Management in a complex, international organization (preferably in an International NGO context), experience in donor marketing and relations is a plus
• Familiar with child-focused, community-based development concepts, approaches and processes.
• Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Understand China & Taiwan context and familiar with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
• Frequent travel within the Mainland & Taiwan
• Identification with World Vision’s mission and vision is highly desirable
