Assist HR Manager to faciliate all Human Resources related projects in accordance with corporate core values and culture standard by providing coordination and administrative support to the team.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Assisting in project management and calendar management
- Providing all-rounded administrative support to the team
- Coordinating and facilitating for all HR related activities including culture campaigns, training programmes, staff development, C&B projects, etc.
- Liaising and communicating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth run down of events
- Maintaining a well-organised HR Project database and other related documentations
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing Communications or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in project management and training is an advantage
- Excellent organisation skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Project Officer
