Senior Production Engineer高级生產工程师(Shenzhen )

Job Description

• Monitor the whole operation of production lines
• On site resolve the production problems
• Review and produce production schedule each day
• Upgrading production efficiency & effectiveness
• Implement production traceability system
• Ascertain strict adherence to standards, control and procedures, and particularly those related to customer requirement for production
• Leading the whole production team to corporate with other departments 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Automation / Mechanical / Electronic related discipline
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in production management, production planning & execution with not less than 5 years at managerial level for large-sized factory (over 2,500 labors).
• Strong technical background & quality skill in small home appliances and electronics industry. 
• Familiar with all kinds of production machinery operation
• Proficient communications in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) are a must.
• Strong leadership and mature character to plan, manage and control the department, and keep continual improvement. 
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
• Familiar to local China culture & stationed in China plant
