Responsibilities and Requirement:

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital channel implementation projects.
• Project management of medium to large size projects including but not limited to eCommerce channel design and implementation
• Lead the functional delivery teams or vendors, to translate high level digital channel strategies & roadmaps into functional design documents including functional specifications, information architectures, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes etc.
• Lead development teams for the delivery and authoring of technical design specifications, web solutions architecture designs, integration interface specifications etc.
• Overview the project development and the testing team
• Be responsible for the infrastructure environment design for development, staging and testing, and production environments incorporating sizing requirements etc.
• Development of overall implementation project plan including delivery timeline & resource requirements
• Support and sometimes lead business development efforts for relevant project opportunities in Greater China
• 6 - 10 Years in Web Development, Web Solutions or E-Banking solution
• Experienced managing digital development teams (in-house or vendor) across web, mobile & social media
• Proficient in some or all languages including ASP.NET, C#, XML, ASP, HTML, VBScript, JavaScript, JSP, J2EE and other scripting languages
• Proficient in web front-end technologies HTML, CSS,AJAX, Javascript, Flash ActionScript and HTML5
• Proficient in object-oriented programming
• Familiar with some or all Web Technologies and Platforms including eCommerce platforms, streaming media platforms, Content Management Systems, Web Databases etc.
• Familiar with some or all platforms including WebSphere, ATG, Hybris, Demandware, SharePoint (MOSS), SiteCore CMS, Adobe Day CMS, OpenText, etc.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Consultant
• Must speak excellent English and Chinese
