Career Development

Upon successful completion of the cross departments job attachments, Management Trainees will be placed to selected department of the company, taking into consideration of their interest, performance professional knowledge, competences, career objective, as well as the manpower planning of the company.

Corporate Events

Management Trainees are given the opportunities to organize and participate in various corporate events such as Electronic Fairs, Group Fun Day, Group Annual Dinner, etc.

Requirements:

1. University graduate in any discipline.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Mature, self-motivated, ambitious and willing to learn.
4. Integrity, responsible and team player.
5. Work experience is not required, but would be considered.
6. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must. Putonghua speaking would be an advantage.
7. The position would be required the candidates to be station in China (Shenzhen / Huizhou).
