• Handle window XP migration project
• Software and user setting configuration
• Configuration network and join Domain
• Perform UAT
• Handle window office upgrade program

Requirement

• F.7 or above
• At least 1/2 year experience in providing field support of PC software to users
• Knowledge in XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft office
• Basic knowledge in networking and PC troubleshooting
