Senior Automation Engineer

Scope: In charge to design the automation and control systems, specification, programming, and testing, kick off the automation projects in our Shenzhen manufacturing plants.

 Responsibilities:

• Team up with various engineers not limited to mechanical design, software and system design
• Responsible for process, equipment optimization and productivity improvement
• Implement strategic automation engineering solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and productivity
• Capable to transfer the machine concept defined by Product Manager, including capacity, size, efficiency, performance request, target cost, challenges, into blue print
• Research on new products and technologies
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation, Automation Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years hands-on experience on industrial automation systems. Familiar with highly integrated mechanical CIM systems
• Good sense of accountability, integrity and result-oriented
• Solid knowledge in mechanical design , manufacture process and material; 
• Experience in assembly process R&D and project coordination is highly preferred
• Engineers qualified for 6 Sigma and IE are added advantages
• Effective communication skill with good command of both written &spoken in Chinese & English.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Automation Engineer
