Responsibilities:

• Manage our social media team and allocate resource for different projects.
• Grow the team with business expansion to Singapore, Indonesia and China.
• Working closely with the team an partner in US, China and other Asia Pacific Regions.
• Manager for Social Media management: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat and Weibo
• Manager clients' budget of social media advertising and online ad placement for improve performance of promotion campaign for improving business goal and engagement with target audiences.
• Performance Analysis: Use and monitor digital tools, analytics and trends to understand the target market and what, where, how and why content is consumed by the audiences
• Work with other Business Units to find and leverage collaboration opportunities that lead to increased engagement of their consumer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and develop a master content calendar for all digital properties, to ensure digital content is planned, up to date, accurate, and in accordance with styles and standards to preserve integrity of user experience. This should include the development of a digital content program that can be implemented across specific channels.
• Have Fun playing with photo, creative and crazy idea.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, PR, Communication or related discipline.
• Creative, fun, playful and sensitive to the news and trend.
• Experience in mainland China social media platform and other popular platform around the Asia Pacific.
• Strong sense of advertising with analytical mindset with media buying knowledge with good connection with different online platform.
• At least 5 year experience managing social channels for a company or organisation
• Strong connection with KOLs and strong sense of sports, event, fashion, lifestyle and F&B
• Fast learning and understanding of web/e-commerce/social networking/social media technologies
• Execellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is basic requirement
• Strong presentation and project management skills is a must.
• Knowledge in photoshop, photography and video is a plus.
• Experience in advertising agencies and digital agencies with good track record is an advantage.
• Less experiencew ill be considered as Social Media Executive / Assistant Management position.
