The Requirements are:-

• Report to Customer Services Manager in handling Medical Insurance for global clients
• Handle general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
• Provide good customer services to clients
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required by Superior
• Degree holder with minimum 2 years' Medical Insurance experience
• Good interpersonal & problem solving skills and attentive to details
• Self-motivated, independent and ablt to work under pressure
• Proficient in spoken and written English is necessary
• Well-spoken in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS office applications
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
