MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfill optimum efficiency of this position:

- Organization of Sales Meetings and Regional Conferences

- Support creation and update of Regional Sales & Marketing Concept

- Development of Sales Training Programs, together with relevant departments

- Administration of Customer Experience Center and Event Management

- Administration of Sales Media (brochures, videos, mailings)

- Administration of a market and price intelligence database

- Follow up on CRM updates and preparation and scheduling of Miller Heiman sheet review calls

- Follow up on Sales Funnel updates and preparation of review calls

- Internal and external correspondence

- Manage the marketing projects

- Provide administration support to Head of Sales and Marketing

- Any other business matters of G&D as reasonably required

REQUIREMENT:

- Degree holder in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent

- At least 5 years relevant working experience

- Good organizational skill, positive and friendly attitude, high degree of flexibility

- Sound knowledge of MS office software

- Project process implementation experience

- Strong communication skill

- Logically, fast learning, and work proactively

- Team player who can also perform independently

- Good command in English
