Job Responsibilities:

• Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or services
• Negotiate contract terms with electronic contract manufacturer’s and other key suppliers
• Review and approve purchase/internal requisitions and purchase orders
• Work with suppliers to insure delivery, quality, and cost requirements are achieved
• Develop relationships with vendors and investigates global sources of materials, equipment, and supplies
• Evaluate and responsible for supplier cost and quality of goods and supplies
• Negotiate and settle supplier issues such as invoices, on time delivery
• Issue request for quotations, proposals or bids for those items not covered by any existing purchasing arrangement
• Work with global SCM, Quality, Engineering, PM/PLM, and others to satisfy internal Purchasing demands
• Work with global suppliers to develop new and alternate sources of supply that improve cost/quality, lead time constraints
• Provide work assistance to Buyer team members in other countries
• Perform other duties as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, commerce, economics or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years purchasing experiences in any industry
• Excellent knowledge of purchasing principles and practices.
• Able to work in a state of the art ERP system. Oracle ERP/MRP experience is preferred
• Good time management and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin
• Occasional lifting of equipment, supplies and packaging and moderate amount of walking and standing
• Free Shuttle Bus (at Tsing Yi MTR Station)
• Fresh graduate with less experiences are welcome
