Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement and material, product sourcing activities
• Perform all necessary administrative duties for the Procurement Team
• Maintain the purchase database and records
• Purchase order follow up, delivery arrangement, inventory control & cost management
• Communicate with suppliers in Japan to ensure right price, quality and on-time deliveries

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Purchasing & Supply Management or related discipline(s)
• Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) is a must
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience, experience in food purchasing will be a definite advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and independent team player
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Willing to travel overseas and PRC
• Immediate available preferred
