Responsibilities & Requirement:-

• Managing the application design, development, integration, testing and deployment and the technical architecture of Logistics solution implementation projects.  Manage the project team and identify and manage all project issues and risks and bring them to the attention of the management team for resolution or action.
• Review and analyze current business processes / operations and identify improvement areas;
• Develop target operating model and business process, and key performance indicators
• Providing industry subject-matter expertise related to Freight & Logistics topics (Ocean, Air, Truck, Rail, Forwarding)
• Providing consulting services (or playing a consulting role) to help clients solve complex problems
• Leading assessments to identify future state opportunities and defining roadmap to realize calculated benefits
• Leading complex organizational transformation, process redesign and/or system implementation initiatives
• Developing and applying methodologies to structure work efforts
• Managing teams and guiding development of team members
  Writing and leading presentations/deliverables that clearly and effectively communicate complex information and influence key stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining strong Customer relationships to facilitate delivering and selling additional work
• Leading proposal efforts for new sales opportunities including managing a response team, developing solutions, writing responses, refining work estimates/prices, etc.  
• Degree holder with at least 8 years solid experience in the logistic/Ports industry with strong business knowledge in the industry workflow and business process
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Able to manage client relationship and speak in both technical and business sense
• Experience in managing regional and complex logistic workflow, able to integrate IT into the business process
