Requirements:

• Form 5 or above,
• At least 10 years working experience in shipping field, experience in Toys manufacturing is preferred (mainly for US & Europe market)
• Must have solid experience in handling shipments directly to major retail chains such as Walmart, TRU, Target, Auchan etc.
• Good command of written in English and spoken in Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge in MS word, Excel
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently;
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Follow up & ensure shipping schedule as per shipment plan
• Handle full set of I/E and L/C documents independently, arrange overseas shipments, follow up shipping arrangement with forwarders and all related duties;
• Coordinate with China Factory
• Communicate with forwarders/carriers/logistics company for arranging & coordinating container booking
