Job duties:

• Responsible for handling license agreement and updating service contract
• Monitor the sites for insurance / compensation / small claims and take follow up actions when necessary
• Compile and update contractor list and related licenses
• Assist QA Manager in maintaining quality and environmental management systems
• Coordinate with site staff on quality report submission, and prepare monthly status report for management review
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Quality Management or related discipline in service industry
• 2 years or above relevant working experience
• Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 preferable
• Self-motivated, mature, presentable, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc
• Immediate available is preferable
