PRIMARY FUNCTION/POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Head of Business Development Asia, this role will assist and execute the strategy for growing business through auctions, private sales and e-business in the region.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS(Duties include but are not limited to the following):
- Monitor and analyze the auction market trend
- Synthesize the strategic implication on business under manager’s supervision
- Analyze regional representative offices’ performance, and develop improvement ideas through discussions with the manager
- Monitor cost efficiency and highlight the potential risks to manager
- Develop reports, highlighting the business opportunities, performance review, for senior management in Asia
- Communicate with local regional representatives about the regional performance, supporting their local business development
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above, oversea education background preferred
- Good at English writing, must be English and Cantonese speaker. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
- Must have at least 6 years of related working experience, candidate with less experience will be considered for officer.
- Analytical skills with strong self-driven spirit
- Willing to explore opportunities
- Able to learn new things quickly
- Can work under tight schedule
- Good communication skill
- Mature presentation in front of senior people
