Our client is one of the leading fashion retailers with shops in Asia. To cope with their rapid advancement, they are now in search of candidates who are capable of joining their elite team as a Training Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement suitable learning methods for frontline staff on Sales Training, Grooming, Product Training, etc.

• Develop training materials and evaluate methods to ensure effectiveness

• Perform translation on any ad hoc projects as assigned

• To drive corporate learning and development projects to meet high business growths

• Communicate with external partners to invite proposition of better learning programs

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of solid experience in the retail and wholesale industry

• Degree holder in Training & Development or any related tertiary education

• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills

• Great command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Hands-on experience in program delivery

• Immediate availability is preferred

*More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Retail Trainer
