Job Duties:

• Assisting the Senior Manager in biding the sales tender
• Prepare quotation and order follow up
• Answer clients’ queries on the tender issue
• Inquire and maintain costing data on each tender project
• Work closely with the existing customers and explore new business opportunities
• Sales order data entry
• Monthly sales report preparation
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Business Management or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in sales is preferable
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and customer orientation
• Excellent relationship building skills with customers and internally between sales and operations
• Able to prioritize and monitor tasks
• A team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
